KENNEDY, J.

Appellant Brian Smith appeals his conviction of conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance, lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD). Smith contends that the evidence was insufficient to support a finding that he conspired to deliver a controlled substance. We affirm.
