PER CURIAM:

The defendant pleaded guilty of possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony (third offense), and received the mandatory ten-year consecutive sentence. However, the Court of Appeals remanded the case for resentencing, on the ground that the defendant should have been convicted only as a second offender. We find that the plea was properly accepted, and we therefore reverse the judgment of the Court...
