This is an appeal from an order of the Superior Court for Juvenile Matters at New Haven, transferring the respondent, David M., to the regular criminal docket of the Superior Court to be tried and, if convicted, sentenced as an adult. The respondent alleges that the court improperly ordered his transfer in that the evidence was insufficient to establish probable cause
