Per Curiam.

We affirm the judgment of the court of appeals.

Appellant was convicted of two felony counts of forgery in 1975 and sentenced to two consecutive terms of six months to five years, an aggregate sentence of one to ten years. He was paroled in 1978.

On April 29, 1980, appellant was sentenced from two to five years on a new felony conviction for forgery, making his aggregate sentence three to fifteen years. On May 22, 1980, his parole...
