Our review by certiorari of the decision of the workers' compensation court of appeals reversing the denial of benefits for psychological impairment and remanding for redetermination turns on the admissibility of the report of an independent medical examination and the deposition of the examiner. The WCCA ruled that the compensation judge had erred in admitting into evidence the report and deposition, which had not been served or filed within 120 days...
