Elbert Eldredge and Richard Williams died following exposure to asbestos-containing products. Appellants brought these two actions incorporating survival and wrongful death claims. Prior to trial, the Eldredge survival action was dismissed. The trial court consolidated the remaining matters for trial by jury.
