Gordon Michael Strauss was convicted of second degree rape. The trial court imposed an exceptional sentence based, in part, on its finding that Strauss was a future danger to society. The trial court made this finding without a mental health care professional's evaluation of the defendant's amenability to treatment. We remand the case to the trial court to determine the defendant's amenability to treatment pursuant to State v. Pryor,
