Defendant Acura assigns several errors to the trial court. However, as Acura's notice of appeal is only from the order entered by Judge Allen on 29 October 1990 denying Acura's motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict, we do not address any issue raised with regard to the underlying judgment entered on 26 September 1990 as a result of the jury verdict in favor of plaintiff.
