The defendants,1 Joel Zaretsky, an allergist, and his medical assistant, Francine Garafolo, appeal from the trial court's judgment in favor of the plaintiff. The plaintiff was awarded $70,000 as against both defendants in a general verdict rendered by a jury. The trial court denied the defendants' motion to set aside the verdict.
