The first of these two appeals results from a Superior Court judge's ruling affirming a decision of the Alcoholic Beverages Control Commission (commission). After hearing, the commission suspended for ninety-five days the liquor license of the plaintiff, Oznemoc, Inc. (Oznemoc).
