The Disciplinary Review Board having filed a report with the Court recommending that JAMES F. HOUSTON of KEYPORT, who was admitted to the bar of this State in 1969, be disbarred for the knowing misappropriation of client funds by the advancing of legal fees to himself in real estate matters before the fees were due him at the closing of title, thereby invading other client funds, and the Court having found on its independent review of the record...
