This is a school teacher termination case under section 279.27 of the Iowa Code (1989). The appellant, Lawton-Bronson Community School District, made findings of just cause to discharge appellee, Kathleen Davies, during the contract year. She appealed to an adjudicator who disagreed with the board on the discharge and directed further consideration by the board after receiving additional medical evidence regarding her fitness to perform as a teacher...
