DRUKE, Presiding Judge.

The appellant Ramon Rodarte was tried by a jury on charges of unlawful sale of marijuana, a class 3 felony, unlawful sale of a narcotic drug, a class 2 felony, and unlawful transfer of a narcotic drug, a class 2 felony.

During jury selection, appellant, who is Hispanic, objected to the prosecutor's peremptory strikes of the only two Hispanic venire members, who will be referred to by their first names, Felipe and Michael...
