Marcel Levatino Harmon (appellant) appeals from his bench trial conviction by the Circuit Court of the City of Virginia Beach (trial court) for possession of cocaine. He asserts that the trial court erred in failing to suppress the evidence of cocaine found in his car pursuant to a warrantless search, and further alleges that the evidence was insufficient to prove that he knowingly and intentionally possessed cocaine.
