On March 3, 1992, this court, having reopened Mark T. Tardiff's long-closed Chapter 7 bankruptcy, denied his motion to revoke his Chapter 7 discharge and convert to Chapter 13. Tardiff could not establish grounds for relief from his September 14, 1988, discharge under F.R.Bankr.P. 9024 and F.R.Civ.P. 60(b). Thus, conversion to Chapter 13 would serve no purpose.
