The Standard Fire Insurance Company (Standard) appeals from an order and adjudication of the Insurance Commissioner of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (Commissioner) affirming a determination by the Department of Insurance that Standard's cancellation of Robert and Kathleen Boggi's homeowners insurance policy violated section 5(a)(9) of the Unfair Insurance Practices Act (Act).
