The State appeals in four consolidated criminal cases which involve the same issues of law based upon similar factual situations. We affirm in all four cases.

All four defendants were charged with the unlawful sale of controlled substances. Defendant Teresa Rowe was charged with two counts of the sale of cocaine to Steven Boyce, a paid confidential informant...
