The defendants, Gary Hermsdorf and the Queen City Pharmacy, Inc., doing business as The Medicine Shoppe (the Pharmacy) appeal their convictions in the Superior Court (Flynn, J.) for Medicaid fraud under RSA 167:17-b, I(a) and RSA 167:17-c, I(b). We affirm.
