BRISCOE, C.J.:

Richard Smith appeals from a jury conviction of one count of rape (K.S.A. 21-3502[1][a]). He alleges several trial errors denied him a fair trial and that his conviction violates constitutional provisions regarding double jeopardy. He also challenges the jury selection process. After considering all of the issues raised, we affirm.
