This appeal comes to us from the judgment of sentence of life imprisonment imposed after a jury found appellant, James Gray, guilty of murder in the first degree. Appellant was also convicted of criminal conspiracy, possession of instruments of crime, and aggravated assault.1 The lower court imposed concurrent sentences of five to ten years each on the convictions of criminal conspiracy and aggravated assault.
