Per Curiam.

On March 31, 1992, the respondent was convicted in the County Court, Suffolk County, upon his plea of guilty, of the crime of attempted grand larceny in the second degree in violation of Penal Law §§ 110.00 and 155.40, a class D felony.

Pursuant to Judiciary Law § 90 (4), the respondent ceased to be an attorney and counselor-at-law upon his conviction of a felony.
