Following a preliminary hearing before District Justice Paul Johnson, the defendant was bound over to the Court of Common Pleas on the charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, and criminal conspiracy. Defendant, through his attorney, has now filed a habeas corpus motion, requesting that the charges be dismissed...
