Appellant, John Booth (Booth), having previously been found guilty of murdering Irvin and Rose Bronstein in 1983, now appeals from the death sentence which a jury in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City for the third time has imposed on him as the direct perpetrator of the murder of Irvin Bronstein.1 The evidence underlying the findings of guilt is reviewed in Booth v.
