This is an adversary proceeding in which the plaintiff seeks nondischargeability for his claim under Bankruptcy Code §§ 523(a)(10) and 727(a)(6)(A) because the debtor's prior bankruptcy petition was dismissed and his discharge denied, ostensibly for failure to obey a lawful order of the Court.
