Robert Steinberg, bankruptcy trustee for Westwood Lumber, Inc. (herein referred to as Westwood), claims the court erred in (1) dismissing the first cause of action, which asserted that Seattle-First National Bank (Sea-First) breached its contract with Westwood, finding Westwood failed to show any evidence of a breach, and (2) dismissing the remaining causes of action, finding the claims were barred by the running of the statute of limitations.
