This is an appeal from the dismissal of consolidated cases by the Circuit Court for Baltimore City (Kaplan, J.) on 12 March 1991. The issue presented is whether appellants, depositors of an insolvent savings and loan association, stated a claim that may be brought individually against former officers and directors of the savings and loan and others.
