DAVIS, Judge.

In this appeal from a judgment entered on a jury verdict in the Circuit Court for Kent County, the trial court granted the appellees' Motion for Sanctions and subsequently entered a judgment of default for failure to comply with a discovery order. The trial court thereafter vacated the jury's verdict and ordered a new trial before a second jury, after which the court denied the appellant's motion for judgment.
