Jerome Frey, Jr. (husband) appeals the trial court's denial of his motion to terminate spousal support to Judith Frey (wife) based on the terms of their property settlement agreement. The parties agreed that the husband's obligation to pay the wife support would terminate upon "her cohabitation, analogous to a marriage, with another man."
