Lawrence Simons (Simons) appeals from the November 5, 1991 order of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County which sustained the preliminary objections of the State Correction Institute at Camp Hill (SCI-Camp Hill) raising a question of venue and transferred this action to the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County. The issue to be decided by this Court is whether venue was proper in Philadelphia County pursuant to Section 333 of the JARA...
