The plaintiff, Reginald Hayes, appeals from the trial court's judgment denying his request for an order directing the defendant, The Travelers Indemnity Company of America, to proceed with a second arbitration pursuant to an uninsured motorist provision contained in the insurance policy issued to him by the defendant. We reverse the judgment of the trial court.
