This case involves the award of counsel fees incurred during the appeal of an interlocutory order. In 1978, Kenvue Development, Inc. and Kenvue Service Company (collectively referred to hereafter as Kenvue) filed a petition for appointment of a board of viewers with the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County.
