The juvenile in this case was charged with two counts of theft, one count of unlawful use of means of transportation, and one count of shoplifting. Pursuant to a plea agreement, the juvenile pled guilty to unlawful use of means of transportation. In return, the State agreed to dismiss the remaining counts of theft and shoplifting.
