COLINS, Judge.

Ze'ev Kviatkovsky (Kviatkovsky) petitions for review of a final order of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (PUC) which sustained the imposition of a $2,000 civil penalty against Kviatkovsky for several violations of the Public Utility Code (Code), 66 Pa.C.S. §§ 101-3315. We affirm.
