This case presents an appeal from the trial court's grant of summary judgment in favor of Travelers Insurance Co., and its insureds—GMAC Leasing Corp., Register Moody General Contractors, and Charles Galloway—against Joseph Weigel in Weigel's action for attorney fees. See sec. 802.08, Stats. Weigel claims the defendants willfully ignored his attorney's lien against monies they paid out in settlement of a matter in which Weigel claims...
