This matter was resubmitted to us after remand to the trial court for a determination regarding whether the change in the procedure for forfeiting credits under MCL 800.33(5); MSA 28.1403(5), as amended by 1986 PA 322, comports with the Due Process Clauses of the United States and Michigan Constitutions.
