This matter is before this court upon the appeal of Linda Horn et al., appellants, from a summary judgment in favor of appellees Christopher Cassan et al. Appellant Linda Horn was employed as a maid by New Image Professional Cleaning, Inc. ("New Image"). She was assigned by New Image to clean the Cassan residence.
