In 1985, Donald C. Haberman's license to practice law was suspended by the Wisconsin Supreme Court for two years commencing January 1, 1986. Mr. Haberman was also ordered to pay to the Board of Attorneys Professional Responsibility, State of Wisconsin ("BAPR"), the costs of the disciplinary proceedings. The court further provided that, until such time as the costs were paid, his license would remain suspended...
