CONNOR, J.

Defendant appeals as of right his plea-based conviction of being an accessory after the fact to murder, MCL 750.505; MSA 28.773. On May 8, 1990, defendant was sentenced to forty to sixty months in prison. Defendant also received credit for time served, which amounted to 3,838 days. We affirm.
