GWIN, Judge.
Defendant, Richard P. Maioriello ("appellant"), appeals from the judgment of conviction and sentence entered upon a jury's verdict finding appellant guilty of failing to stop after an accident for the exchange of identification and vehicle registration, in violation of R.C. 4549.02.
