This is an appeal and cross-appeal from judgment entered following the jury's six and one-half million dollar award in favor of the plaintiff in this medical malpractice action. We affirm.

Ray Allen Wagner, guardian for Allen Eugene Wagner, an incompetent, instituted this medical malpractice action against York Hospital. Until we reach the issue presented in the cross appeal of Mr. Wagner, we will refer to Mr. Wagner as appellee and York Hospital...
