BRAZIL, J.:

Morris Gruhin appeals the district court's order granting summary judgment in his negligence action brought against the City of Overland Park (City). Gruhin contends the trial court erred in finding that the City was immune from liability for ordinary negligence and in granting summary judgment on the issues of gross and wanton negligence. We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand for further proceedings...
