Following a jury trial in which he represented himself, Marvin Lee Vermillion was convicted of one count of first degree possession of stolen property and two counts of second degree possession of stolen property (counts 5 through 7). Following a second jury trial in which he was represented by appointed counsel, he was convicted of one count of indecent liberties by forcible compulsion, one count of unlawful imprisonment, one count of first degree burglary...
