The claimant, Joanna Chappell, injured her wrist while working for Domino's Pizza in 1988. Her claim for compensation benefits was accepted. In 1990, the carrier terminated temporary compensation benefits and awarded the claimant a 10% permanent disability of the upper right extremity.
