ALW Marketing Corporation (ALW) and Massachusetts Indemnity & Life Insurance Company (MILICO) sued McKinney for alleged violation of restrictive covenants contained in three 1989 employment contracts, and sought injunctive and other relief to enforce the covenants. ALW and MILICO appeal from the trial court's order granting McKinney's motion for judgment on the pleadings, in which the trial court ruled that the covenants were void and unenforceable...
