PER CURIAM.

Following a two-day bench trial, on May 21, 1990, the Wayne Circuit Court granted a judgment of no cause of action against plaintiffs, Downriver Plaza Group, a Michigan copartnership, and Lewis George, personal representative of the estate of Nicholas George, deceased, in favor of defendant City of Southgate. Plaintiffs now appeal as of right from the judgment of the trial court. We reverse and remand.
