OPINION

HOWARD, Judge.

Appellant was convicted of manslaughter, a dangerous nature offense, after the vehicle he was driving while under the influence of alcohol rear-ended the victim's motorcycle that was stopped at a traffic light. He was sentenced to the presumptive term of 7.5 years' imprisonment and ordered to pay $5,059.12 in restitution. On appeal he contends that the trial court erred in (1) denying his request for a new determination of probable cause...
