When the defendant owners of a condominium unit claimed that they had the exclusive right to use two parking spaces being leased by the plaintiff for his own benefit, the plaintiff insisted that an interest in the spaces had not been conveyed to them with the purchase of their unit. He brought an action in the Superior Court seeking reformation of the defendants' unit deed. The defendants counterclaimed
