Kenneth J. Buck (Buck) and his wife sued Cam's Broadloom Rugs, Inc. (CBR) for injuries and damages arising out of an automobile accident allegedly caused by the negligence of CBR's driver. A jury in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County found in favor of Buck and awarded damages of $3,868. The jury did not award damages for the claimed loss of consortium.
