This is a suit against an insurer for bad faith claims, attorney fees and punitive damages for failure to pay PIP insurance claims within 30 days and 60 days pursuant to OCGA § 33-34-6. Plaintiff Mary Lou Jinks had an automobile collision on August 18, 1986. There was no police report of an injury. Jinks continued her activities of the day, and did not consult a health care professional until two weeks later. She did not file claims...
