Charles J. Moley was convicted of several counts of manufacturing and possessing a controlled substance. He appeals the judgment and alleges that his motion to suppress evidence was improperly denied. Moley's principal argument is that the search warrant pursuant to which the evidence was obtained was invalid because it was based on stale information.
